HOW TO MAKE AN ORDER?

First of all, please select the product from the Product Catalog. Then choose the delivery date and time for us to deliver the products. Once confirm on the date and time, please fill up your particular like address, messages etc. The last step will be a link to your choice of payment. Finally, we will then send you a confirm order and deliver the products based on your requirement.

CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY PURCHASE?

HOW DO YOU DETERMINE THE TIME FOR DELIVERY?

HOW DO I CHANGE THE CONTENT OF THE ORDER?

If there is any changes to the order, please send an email to us as soon as possible at lovescenario.edison@gmail.com or call us at +6010 2681384. We will try our best to assist if the order has not been proceed or produced. We practice no refund for all confirmed orders. Please refer to our Terms and condition for details.

THERE’S NO DELIVERY CHARGE?

We do provide free delivery within 20KM distance from Wisma Trax. The delivery surcharge as below:
Free Delivery – within 20KM distance from Wisma Trax
Top up RM 10 – 30KM distance from Wisma Trax
Top up RM 20 – 40KM distance from Wisma Trax
Top up RM 30 – 50KM distance from Wisma Trax

HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY FLOWERS WERE DELIVERED?

Once our flower courier returns from the delivery route, we update all customers on their order status. Thus, you will receive an email on the day of delivery confirming the successful delivery of your flower order.
