Delivery Information

DELIVERY INFO

Delivery Time: from 8am – 10pm (Free Delivery)            
Same day delivery for all orders placed before 6pm.
Order placed from 6pm onwards are delivered the following day or any other day as selected by the customer on the cart page.
Flower deliveries can be done on Mondays to Sundays.
The promised coverage area is 100km from our hubs (Wisma TRAX, No.2-3A, Jalan Lima, Chan Sow Lin, 55200 Kuala Lumpur).

 

DELIVERY SURCHARGE:

The placed order will be delivered to the recipient between those hours but NOT at a specific time.
The delivery surcharge as below:
Free Delivery – within 100KM distance from Wisma Trax.
Surchare Charge RM0.5 per KM – more than 100KM distance from Wisma Trax.

*Our delivery area covers Klang Valley, Selangor and Outskirts only. We do not deliver to another state at this moment. This is to ensure the flowers/bouquet we delivered is at it’s best conditions.

 

REDELIVERY

In some situations, delivery can fail; for example if the address given is incorrect or the receiver is absent or perhaps unwilling to receive the products then we are willing attempt to redeliver the product for a redelivery surcharge of RM50.00, which is payable by the person who placed the order.

EXPRESS DELIVERY

  1. Express Delivery RM 80
  2. Exact time Delivery:
    This 1-hour delivery time promise begins when the order has been finalised, including reception of payment from sender. The promised coverage area is 20 km from our hubs (see addresses provided). If the distance is between 21 and 40 km, the delivery time extends to within 2 hours.
